My Story
Urban Kitchen Bites was born from a passion for vibrant street food and the rich, social atmosphere of the local pub scene. As someone who has always loved exploring culinary adventures, I noticed a unique opportunity—pubs without their own kitchens were missing out on offering delicious food experiences to their patrons. Driven by this insight, I launched Urban Kitchen Bites in March 2025 with a clear mission: to bring fresh, gourmet street food directly to pub-goers.
Operating from my fully insured and registered home kitchen with strict adherence to UK food safety regulations, I created a menu focused on innovative dishes that complement pub beverages perfectly. From gourmet hot dogs, tacos and enticing vegan options, each dish is crafted with creativity and care, designed specifically for the vibrant, communal atmosphere of urban pubs.
