Refund Policy

At Urban Kitchen Bites, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide clear and fair guidelines for refunds while ensuring protection for our business against non-recoverable costs.

  1. General Refund Terms:

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email or our website contact form.

  1. Event and Order Cancellations:

  • For private events or large orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., venue bookings, equipment hire, custom ingredient orders, staffing fees).

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for any refund.

  1. Business-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If we are required to cancel a service or event for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.

  • If cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health concerns, supplier failures), we will issue a refund minus any costs already incurred that cannot be recovered.

  1. Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and relevant documentation before issuing any refund.

  1. No-Show Policy:

  • No refunds will be given for customers who fail to attend an event or collect their order without prior cancellation notice.
