Event and Order Cancellations:

For private events or large orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., venue bookings, equipment hire, custom ingredient orders, staffing fees).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for any refund.

Business-Initiated Cancellations:

If we are required to cancel a service or event for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health concerns, supplier failures), we will issue a refund minus any costs already incurred that cannot be recovered.
