Services
Urban Kitchen Bites offers freshly prepared street food served at local pubs and events. Our food is prepared in compliance with UK food safety regulations. Menu offerings are subject to availability and may change based on seasonal ingredients or supply.
Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, and online transactions.

Cancellations and Refunds

For private events or large orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds for cancellations within this time frame will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to deductions for any non-refundable expenses already incurred, including but not limited to venue bookings, equipment hire, staffing costs, or perishable goods purchased specifically for the event.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event or service may not be eligible for any refund.
We reserve the right to cancel an order or event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided unless such cancellation was due to factors outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue closures, or public health issues), in which case only recoverable costs will be refunded.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that Urban Kitchen Bites will not be held liable for any financial losses you may incur due to such cancellations.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

All content on our website, including logos, images, and written content, is the property of Urban Kitchen Bites and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Urban Kitchen Bites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.
