Ingredients
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
Preparation
Soften the Butter: Let your butter come to room temperature so it’s easy to mix.
Mix the Flavors: In a bowl, combine the softened butter with garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and all the spices.
Add Herbs: Stir in the chopped parsley for a fresh, earthy finish.
Blend Well: Use a fork or hand mixer to whip everything together until smooth and well combined.
Chill or Serve:
Serve immediately for a soft, dip-like consistency.
Or wrap in parchment and chill for at least 30 minutes for a firmer, sliceable butter.
